Description
Visit the dramatic landscapes and sweeping fog-swept scenery of Glen Coe and Glen Etive, and take in the spectacular sights of the surrounding glens. The U-shaped Glen Coe valley is 12.5km long and 0.7km wide, and was formed by an ice age glacier. The River Etive runs through the Glen Etive valley to Loch Etive. The region is famous for its beauty, rising out from the landscape are the towering mountains of Meall a’ Bhùiridh near the top of Glen Coe and Glen Etive, and the iconic Buachaille Etive Mòr at the head of Glen Etive.

General safety information
Stream crossings without bridges can be impassable in spate. Sections can become very boggy and waterlogged (Especially after not so rare Scottish rain).
